I offer general property management and cleaning services. One of the real estate agents I do cleanings for asked me if I did or new of a good company that does evictions. Is there more involved then just having a Sheriff there? From the little research I have done it seems it's big for rentals. The landlord needs the sheriff to evict them and a company to move their belongings out on the street. How does this work with a foreclosure and what needs to take place? Any help would be great.
