I don't want to be outdone by Perky. I will provide you with a list of names for only $57.00 per lead. These people will be sellers whose listings expired. I see you're in California. Me too. What is your address so I can send you the list and an invoice? If you could send me a PM with your credit card number, I'll set you up on a monthly plan so that we don't have to deal with the hassle of invoices and mail delays.
Moderator, please lock this thread. I only want Avoid the F Word to buy leads from me. I will also be selling the same leads to other agents in the same area where Avoid the F Word competes, but I will downplay this. I want Avoid the F Word to know that my leads are fresh and juicy. Business will explode! You cannot go wrong buying these great leads from me. Even if I work in the same area as Avoid the F Word, I will still sell the leads, because I only have Avoid the F Word's best interest at heart.
[Avoid the F Word: I'm not poking fun at you. Just having a little fun with this topic. I think we all would buy leads if they turned into closed escrows. If you search the archive here though, I think the consensus from prior posts is that purchasing leads is wasting money. The leads (overall) are weak or maybe even completely worthelss and even if the leads were good (not the case) there is no guarantee of exclusivity. The person or company selling you leads might say they are exclusive for you, but how will you know? They could sell to many of your competitors and you would never know.]
I understand where you guys are coming from. This is just a random thought that I had and wanted to give a try. Our primary site is killing it (17 active listings) but I always want more. I'm a hungry hungry hippo!
The "HOW MUCH IS MY HOUSE WORTH?" system on Realtor.com seams to be legit. I was thinking of giving it a try for a month or two to see how it goes. Maybe I will guinea pig for the others wondering how well it works.
