This is for the Florida realtors. I was just wondering how many of you are using the Homepath program for your buyers. Are you using out of state mortgage companies or do you have local contacts helping you with Homepath?

Most of the realtors I speak with about the program use retail shops.

I can't find anybody who will do one.

I've found a few that will do HomePath, but not the renovation loans, just the straight conventionals

I could help if the properties are in Florida.

I have never had anyone go with HomePath, because we have no local lenders who are in the program. Fannie Mae is, however, looking at expanding the number of lenders in the program.
