I hope I have categorized this correctly, but the box is electronic, right, so it must fall into the "tech" arena:

We had a listing that expired, and my partner forgot to go back and pick up the iBox off the door. Client got fed up, and had her boyfriend use bolt cutters to get it off. Anybody know where you can order parts (the severed shackle), if at all? Or are we screwed, and just need to buy a new/used box?
