E&O Policy recommendations?

Forgive me if this has been answered elsewhere, but I didn't find any specific information or recommendations when it comes to E&O insurance.
I am in the midst of launching my Property Preservation business and saw that many of the nationwide PPC's require E&O coverage to sign up as a vendor.
I understand the purpose and reasoning for requiring E&O, however I'm not sure where to start my search for a policy. Does anyone have any recommendations on where I should seek out some quotes?
Also, does anyone have any advice on what I should look for in my policy (to be sure I have adequate coverage, but not paying more than I need, or paying for coverage that I don't need).
Thanks for any help!!

Go over to the right side of this screen and put "Errors and Omissions" into the Search Box (including the quotes) and consider those threads which pertain most closely to your area of business.

Thanks Vermont. I actually did that search, but I was hoping to get insight specifically relating to the property preservation business. There were no search hits w/in the REO Property Preservation Forum.
I will however spend some more time looking through the other categories as there seems to be lots of content there.
Although, I would still be interested to hear from anyone regarding their E&O policies as they may specifically relate to property preservation rather than RE sales, appraisals, mortgage brokering, etc.

Well then, the easy answer is, of course:
Linda Hall, Owner All REO Preservation Services allreo.mailbox@gmail.com
And she posts here under the Name AllREOPreserv. Linda knows everything about the REO Preservation Business; but I haven't seen her posting here recently.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
