I have a second mortgage loan for my home in Pennsylvania that has a prepayment penalty on it. The loan company is in Nevada. I was wondering if I go by Nevada or Pennsylvania's laws on prepayment penalty's? THanks!
Neither, you go by what the trust deed says about prepayment penalties.
