Anybody have any experience with SAMREO, also known as Specialized Asset Management? I got a BPO order thru RES.NET with them, and would like to know if they pay, do they pay w/ in 30 days, and any other comments you've got about them.

I've done some BPOs for them. The furthest one out was about 30 days ago. No payment yet... not too worried about it... pretty confident they will pay. Seems like a bunch of nice folks over there

Hi! I am new to this forum. I actually found it while doing research on SAMREO. I just received a BPO from Res.Net as well and thought to just look them up with no results, but I found this awesome site.

In any case, I will complete it and hope for the best and establish a relationship with them.

Now if anyone else can put more insight to SAMREO that would be appreciated.

I have complete 5 so far with them. No payment so far but has been just three weeks. No worries. They use the same USRES fomrs. Piece of cake.

Has anyone has SAMREO listings or are they just a mill?

I believe they assign listings as well. I'm hoping they do. I've done a few BPOs for them in the last 60 days.

I have completed 3 BPOs in the last 60 days and have been paid for 2 of them. They paid within 30 days. I checked their website and they do assign listings. The 3 bpos I completed are in pre-foreclosure, so I too am hoping they assign listings.

Did you pay a registration fee of $250 or $135 w/ promo code?

They found me on Res.net and have assigned all orders thru Res.net. I paid the $250 Res.net fee, but nothing directly to SAMREO.

Ditto REO Magnet, I've been assigned orders through res.net and haven't paid anything to SAMREO, yet...

They pay on 30 days. I have completed few BPO for then and I have received the payment. Easy forms like USRES.

I haven't received payment yet.

Well... I received an order the other day from them through RES.NET. That said after seeing all the above posts and of coarse not wanting to miss out on potential listings... while always wanting to save a buck I emailed the SAMREO rep that I got the recent order from asking for a promo code. After going back and forth a couple times she said "we use all of RES.net’s information so we don’t have a registration fee??"

How do you like that apple?

I just recvd order from them thru resnet also. Resnet tries to get you to renew however i clicked thru to the order, my resnet expired a little while ago...hmmm

why am I thinking it is IAS...
