SAMREO- my take after doing probably 50 bpo's, is they slow pay and 95% of the bpo's are for either loan mods or portfolio purchases, almost all were occupied and in good condition, not REO.

EZ forms and when you finally get a check it's like bonus $$$ because it took so long.

But you can crank out 5 in a day and the QC is rare.

It is what it is.

Wow - are you sure? We may need it but I never thought about 10 hours between posts.

You're welcome; and I'm glad it paid off.

Meanwhile I'll have to ask my Vermont Client who he's working with in Asheville.

So, by my calculations, SAMREO pays about twice as fast as EvilSoul . . . . so that's like the speed of light in comparison!

I much prefer those Companies who pay within 90 hours, or while you actually still remember the effort that was put forth for the Fee received.

I just got approved today with them for REO business. Their welcome letter sound very flamboyant and directed to those well educated REO brokers.

I don't know if they have anything in Los Angeles but I didn't pay any fees. Lets see what's next with them.

How did you register on their web site without paying their fee?

Just received a bpo for them thru res. I had let Res.net expire last year and was able to tab thru and accept but am now wondering if I should pay another $250 for res... (didn't receive anything last year).

Property is not listed but appears to be in pre-foreclosure. Anyone see any bpo's turn into a listing from these guys?

Thanks!

I have done 3 for them through res.net so far still haven't been paid for any. I have been waiting since early October 09 for one of them. They are very nice but I think over 4 months to be paid is too long.

I've done several BPOs for them. I've been paid for all of them.

They sent several of my checks to my broker with no referance to me so check with your broker they usually pay 30day out.

They always pay. They would only do so through my broker as they use the res.net portal.

Not true. They sent my checks payable to my broker and i sent them back explaining that I supplied my own personal W9. They told me to edit my profile information so that it read payable to me personally. They have since rectified the situation and all checks now come payable to me personally.
