I've done REO's with them through IAS.

Let me clarify actually, I've had REO's with Specialized Loan Servicing through IAS. I'm not sure if they're the same.

Just finished one a few minutes ago for them, just before I decided check in on this site. I have always been paid quick, and more times than not, it is an easy form.

Has anyone done listings for them? Not me, but another agent in my office has, yes. They're worth cultivating.

Hi all,
I recently signed up with Res.net after pushing out BPOs for some other vendors for a time. I know that there's no rule, but can anyone remember how long you had to hang out on res.net before getting your first bpo assignment?
I have the free account now. Wondering if there is any benefit to upgrading to the paid one.
Thanks!

Just got a BPO out of the blue. I only accepted because of the possibility of a listing. It is on a short sale so I know this one will not turn into anything.

Grampa...it might turn into a listing if the agent is not worth a flip. We got some like that around here.

I appreciate the info. We get a lot of listings where we have to contact an agent who has a pending short sale to tell them it has foreclosed. Hate to make the call but like getting the listing.

Quick question about these guys.
I just completed my first BPO for these guys on res.net. Is there a way to tell if they accepted your order? I just want to make sure it's not lingering in some QC black hole someplace and I don't know it!

I just received my check from SAMREO and my BIC said it did have my name on it. I had sent my contact at SAMREO an email saying I would report it to the NAR, BBB, etc if I did not get paid. It took over 60 days but I did get my little check. And a thank you to "Vermont" for suggesting I do a search on the blogs here for SAMREO. I had mentioned in my intro that SAMREO was the purpose of my looking at agentsonline. I tried to say thank you right then but found out there is a 600 minute limit before you can post a second time on the same day.
