Dear Folks,

On our web site ( http://www.kayyah.com )
we will be launching the ability for realtors and brokers to video conference with potential buyers and sellers of homes.

How it works is when the realtor is online, a icon will appear next to the listing stating the agent is available. Clicking on the link will launch a flash based video conferencing session.
We do this w/o buying a flash video server (WAY too expensive).

I was wondering if anyone else has done this and had any luck regarding video conferencing. A chat window will also be available to send links back and forth, in addition, the video session can be saved off.

Do you think this idea is any good?
