Yes, if you broker is a Freddie Mac approved broker. You will have to wait for the brokerage(s) in your area to close shop before they will add brokers. They are very loyal and only add brokerages when needed or if one goes out of business.

Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac are two different entities. A vendor for one is not necessarily a vendor for the other.

I am both Fred and Fran and I know they are very different. They do give out listings directly and also give to outsourcers.Vendors are different in both cases.Yes I am blessed!
