On July 9th, 2009, HBA officially launches our 100% HBA Financing Program
for Investors

Here is what you'll need to know.

1) All properties are priced at 30-60% below their After Repair Value.

2) HBA is closing on 60 Single Family Homes on 7/9/09 located throughout
the West Coast of Florida between Spring Hill and Port Charlotte.

3) You are entitled to first look and selection of these homes before we
do a public launch, we'll provide 100% In-House Financing of the Purchase
Price on these homes for you, and you will have No Payments for 3 months.

4) Your only financial obligation will be to cover you closing costs and
the Renovation monies if necessary, which both go into escrow upon signing
an acquisition contract.

We will need to know how many properties you want to acquire for NO MONEY
DOWN not to exceed 10 per client.

1) We require a signed VIP Agreement completed and a Property Reservation
Form signed indicating how many No Money Down deals you want. (Please

2) Once received, you will be forwarded our inventory list so you can
initially identify and reserve your properties.

3) Once you identify the properties that interest you, we'll release a
detailed Property Due Diligence Package on these particular homes for you
Free Evaluation.

4) Upon your final selection of properties, you are required to submit a
Reservation Fee equal to $2,500 per property, which will be credited toward
your closing costs.

5) We estimate your Costs of approximately $5,000-$7000, less the $2500
reservation fee collected

6) We estimate you will need some light renovation money (approximately
$5000 to $15000 as it varies property to property) put in escrow at contract
signing.

Remember, for those that want more than one property, we will need a
Reservation fee of $2,500 for each property.
