Hi, I'm moving to San Diego in a few months and am looking for a low cost Real Estate company to work with. I have nine years experience and am currently selling REO and completing bpo's so I just mainly want something with low monthly fee's or low transaction fee's.

Wish you were moving to GA and you could join my firm. I know people out in Cali but not running my business model. Sometimes brokers will have to charge fees it just depends on how the area mls's work to derive their profit models.

Some will base on a percent of closed sales with no monthly and others will just charge a broker a set monthly fee per agent.

i would think that any KW would be a good option...
