That's what I was thinking. She has a small brokerage on the beach and it is my understanding she has been there for years without incident.

"it is my understanding she has been there for years without incident."

If you beleive that and let your guard down you are doing yourself a disservice.

I am always ready anytime, anywhere to kick #ss. They will rue the day they ever messed with me. I embrace making scumbags feel pain NICE and SLOW so they can REALLY feel it hurt. Of course it depends on surroundings and the situation.

The problem with weapons is people tend think of a weapon as a gun or a knife. ANYTHING can be made or used as a weapon.

If it's a knife no matter how well trained you are be mentally prepared to be cut and feel pain. The goal is they die and you live period.

With weapons people tend to lean back when they see a bat, hammer, crowbar etc. This is the worst thing you can do.If you can't run away and out endurance them then you have to go into the weapon to jam them and cut off their power curve and disarm them.

I am a 3rd degree blackbelt in martial arts and have trained for years in all facets of self defense.

The problem with agents going to these defense classes is they never practice afterwords. I just wish in these days and times people would look at exercise and self defense as an insurance policy for their current and future well being instead of a possible nuisance.

It's like my master instructor says. You can take care of your body now or later meaning if you don't work on your health as you age you will encounter more and more problems.

As far as knifes you always look at the type of clothes they have on for possible concealment. The more baggy the more places to hide a weapon.

I just can't stand punks like that guy.

She needs to bail him out of jail and finish beating him with the hammer. There is a need for elimination. BigC

On the news they said she didn't go down without a good fight. Good for her for fighting back. I just can't imagine getting hit in the back of the head with a sledge hammer and livint to tell about it.

She was a really determined lady.

Obviously if a guy is swinging a weapon, the best thing to do is to try to remove yourself from the area. If you cannot escape and you need to defend yourself, try to attack the attacker's windpipe...punch it, squeeze it, rip it out. Go for the eyes. Grab his ears and rip them off. Use your elbows. Have a pen - jam it in his neck. Your job is not knock him out rather to do whatever you have to in order to get away.

If you are interested in real self defense - look into Krav Maga.

Three words: "RIGHT TO CARRY" Shoot the little [censored] and problem solved. Sends a message to all scumbags and it saves the tax payers mucho $$$. I plan on adding a gun to my bag of "tools", you know business cards, legal docs, pen, paper, gun, references)

There is no safe place on the earth. How many car ascendants are happening every day, but we are still driving car. I do not worry.

I wonder if she is going to show him any properties when he gets out. Its about how you explain the BA agreement. Do it correctly they will sign. Do it wrong you get hit in the head with a hammer.

I know sorry. I only say that because she is OK and ended up kicking his A$$ and he is behind bars, and I don't know her.

Its sad when you try to do your job and a something like that happens for no reason.
