I had question in regards to VA- Simultaneous Offer period,

Does this go into effect on Price reduction or just on new listing.

I am a VA/Bank of America listing agent in eastern Iowa. There is no Simultaneous Offer period.I am able to submit offers once I enter the listing in the MLS. I enter a copy of the MLS sheet into REOTrans and then I can submit offers. This applies to new listings and price reductions.
