Ditto. I hate that crap. No one cares about anyone else's new listings or price reductions - if we have a buyer for that property, we'll go to the MLS and find it. Otherwise, it's just spam.

I think I got into a mud wrestling rumble with "Mary something or other" a while ago, and I believe I was clearly the winner, so watch out!  I take alot of insight and ideas from Jennifer, I even buy her material, but in a mud wrestling contest with Perky, I would lay my bet on Perky to win. Lets set a time and place for this. I suggest Dayton Ohio for the main event.
