I really need to know the best software for managing property preservations. I have over 100 grass cuts that I need to subcontract out. At first I was going to put data in myself and then submit everything to the mortgage company. But then I thought it might be better to get software were the subcontractor can input the pictures and data in for themselves. So I need to know what's out there.

I'm still a newbie, been at it since April this year. Could't have done it without your help. Thank You so much.

If you arent using East Point Systems to manage P&P work, you will never survive. It is by far the best software out there, and well worth the investment.
