Hi everyone
I'm a marketing manager but I'm hoping to get into Real Estate either part time now or full time in the future. I live in San Mateo area so I can work around the whole bay area in the future. I really need to get my license first. I did some search on what kind of classes I need to take before I take the exam. There are a lot out there. I'm not sure which you guys would recommend? Please advice me and point me to the right direction.

I'm very confused by looking at the following materials. I think I just want to become a sales person. Which courses should I take in order to prepare for the sales exam? Am I right about it? If I just want to be a sales agent, I just need to take the sales exam? I'm still confused.

I found the followings:

I also found a whole bunch of courses: (do I need to take them all??)

Hi! Just go to the California Department of Real Estate website and read up on getting your license.

It's spelled out real simple.
No guess work. Specific instructions.

www.dre.ca.gov

The EASIEST part of real estate is getting your license.

The State Exam:
150 Multiple choice questions.
Only need 70% to pass (105 correct answers).
You don't even get a score unless you fail.
If you fail, pay a small fee and take it over and over
until you pass!

Good luck!
Oh yeah, the HARDEST PART?
Finding customers ready, willing and ABLE to buy/sell real estate.
