What software program do you use to close out your transactions? I currently use Lucero and want to get rid of it. Lucero has a lot of features that I do not utilize because I have other programs that are better suited for those reasons. Really all I want is a good transaction management program to calculate my agents splits, etc....any input is appreciated.

if it's just an accounting thing than you can probably get away with quickbooks... but coming from Lucero that's a huge drop in features.

i haven't really looked into BrokerOfficeHQ, http://www.brokerofficehq.com/ , but maybe that is something to check out. i only know about it from researching settlementroom which is a related product.

personally i'd like to see brokers get together as a group and create their own software product and not rely on outside vendors who tend to increase pricing and lock you into their systems.
