I've been curious as to the effectiveness of showing feedback systems out there and decided to create my own on my web site. I created a form with 10 questions. The answer choices are in the form of drop boxes with a comments section under each question. I simply use the original form as a base template and have a unique one for each of my listings. It's not as fancy as the commercial ones, but it works well for me.

I set it up to e-mail directly to me. I have been e-mailing the link to showing agents along with a thank you for showing. I've been happy in the two weeks I've been using it and it does not cost me anything. I've only had one agent not complete it.

Just some food for thought for many of you out there. You can create your own showing feedback system with a little forms creation knowledge.

I use http://www.homefeedback.com It's $20 a month and I have had major success with it. My clients love it and it really gives me an edge in staying in contact with my sellers.
