I do not receive an email for BPO assignments.I have to check their website. Is anyone else having this problem?

Nope. I now get them as BofA.

I had been recieving the e-mails in the last week which was a change. I would rather not recieve them. I check for orders 3 times a day. I'm hoping others do not check for orders if they don't get e-mails the orders will be reassigned to me. So I don't see this as a problem at all if I don't get the e-mail.

I would greatly apprecuite it if one of you nice agents would send me the new url for the BOA bpo site. I complete over 100 per month for CW and we did not get the email. It would save me from having to make a call to India. Thank you. Feel free to PM me.

Site is working just fine. Got a normal dump of 796 orders this morning. Great way to start the week. Breaks over, back to the forms

The new site is acting like Farv and not saving all information. This is dragging the process out.
