Never thought about it, but to start the conversation.

If I as a person that has a RE License decides to buy a property at auction, why would I feel the need to pay a transaction fee to my broker?

In the matter of the selling and buying they should choose a good agents or Realtor in the process. Its an important one to be clear. I think they can pay for the transactions.
