Your site does have a nice, clean look to it.
From a navigation standpoint, the site does not work well for surfers using 800x600 resolution, especially for those that have a Yahoo or Google toolbar installed in their browser. Your navigation menu gets cut off.
If you are planning a passive internet marketing strategy for your web site (i.e. visitors come to the site from your print media and collateral materials) then your site will accomplish its task.
If you are looking to generate traffic and prospects from search engines, it won't happen with your current site. First, the use of frames can cause problems for most search engines to properly index your pages.
Second, one of the many factors for search engines to take note and rank your site well is the content of your site. To be specific, unique content. Your site contains the same information as 500,000 other agent sites on the web.
More important than the search engines, unique content is turns web surfers in to prospects. From there, your professional real estate agent skills can turn those prospects in to leads.
You can always add to your existing site. Try to develop 1-2 new articles a month. They don't have to be long - just 4-6 paragraphs. Treat your web visitors to your special insights about the communities and developments in your area. Your unique content will help form the bonds of trust that will call the web surfer to take action and choose to interview with you.

What's with these? Welcome to Roseville California. This is the most comprehensive resource for Roseville real estate information and Roseville relocation services. This Roseville real estate Roseville, Granite Bay, El Dorado Hills, Sacramento, Rocklin, Auburn area school districts, Roseville neighborhoods, Roseville builders, Roseville, Granite Bay, El Dorado Hills, Sacramento, Rocklin, Auburn homes for sale, leasing, Roseville, Granite Bay, El Dorado Hills, Sacramento, Rocklin, Auburn corporate housing, apartments, real estate terms
The frames need to go. They just cause all kinds of problems. I don't know if you're aware of this but you can scroll the top frame in FireFox. What work have you done SEO wise? Which keywords are you targeting? Where do you place in search engines? Where do most of your visitors come from? What type of conversion rate are you working with?

I couldn't agree any more. The frames are a major handicap and you are losing out on some really targetted search engine traffic. Also the banner ads to other real estate networks make you lose potential clients. Sorry ... just MHO

You might profit from reading this article. http://www.realtor.org/rmomag.NSF/pages/feature1april05?OpenDocument Lose the moving stuff; I got dizzy watching "We Love Referrals!", "We Love Referrals!", "We Love Referrals!", "We Love Referrals!" scrolling across and the little arrows running around the house at the "Search MLS Here" link. The red is enough to identify it to consumers. If it were me I would make the frames smaller and have them only on the left side with more room for the screens at the top. The space where "Dedication, Professionalism" and the jpg where the dog and flower pots are would be better used to let the screen be larger. I let people search our MLS on my site without having them register. There is lots of stuff they can register for but most consumers want to see the houses and if you make it hard for them they'll go to someone else's site. You might want to consider taking NAR's e-PRO course for Internet Realtors; lots of good information about working with the Internet empowered consumer and good website tips.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
