AKA_AK Junior Member Registered: 05/07/09 Posts: 5 Loc: That's the way we do it in the...	Any suggestions for a 10/1 or 30-year fixed interest-only loan at or around 90% LTV in California? This will be under $417K. I have great credit and sufficient reserves but for various reasons I want to maximize free cash flow. Thanks!
