CanDo Major Contributor Registered: 06/16/07 Posts: 2062 Loc: Northern California	Spellcheck would solve so many problems! We even have spellcheck in our MLS, so there is no excuse for that listing. None. We have an agent, who I feel is dyslexic, who would benefit from using spellcheck, I'm sure they would recognize the correct spelling if they saw it. The errors are just so inconsistent within the same listing. How you present yourself or your property in writing really does have an impact on how people deal with you and your listing.

However, I am not a good typist, so I do let mistakes get past me too often. When I see them, though, I go back and correct them. Maybe some of these agents just are rotten typists, too. You would think that they, their brokers or someone in their office would catch those things, though! I REALLY hate the things like "their is a fenced yard, a lean too (or two)..."
