- Business bankers
- Hard money lenders
- Residential agents
And just get out there and canvass other centers
Also, some national retailers will go into quality strip centers so if you're company is not part of the ICSC...try to get them to join and you can become an affiliate member under them to save on the cost.
Lastly, Retail Lease Trac is a great resource for finding tenants...it's pricey but worth it.
