I'm considering using a system like Homefeedback.com or Showingfeedback.com to keep my sellers up to date as to showings (feedback) & marketing efforts.

Do any of you use a system and how do you and your clients like it? Why did you choose one system over another?

Thanks for any input!

Scott

The Showing service that I use do provide a service to showing agents to send an automatic feedback. What I feel is that most agents wont care to give you a feedback. A small percentage does. So you should weigh the cost.

Check the cost and the service.

With Top Producer you can generate a private service report site for each listing where you can log not only showing feedback, but keep a diary for everything you’ve done for that seller, every call, every ad etc.

The seller receives a password and login name and can check whenever they want to.

Following up with an agent requires about 4 clicks to send an e-mail template … then I cut and paste their reply directly into the report.

Of coarse the whole thing is integrated with the rest of the TP platform.

I find sellers really like it – and once used to looking there I don’t have to chase them to make phone contact as much.

It isn't just the feedback system .. it's the complete Top Producer 7i ... just visit Top Producer .com .... My monthly fee is $ 34.00.

I'm just scratching the surface and it's great ROI.

hope that helps

Used homefeedback.com for years now. One of the best pieces of technology's ever invented for a realtor. At about $15/month - the best investment you could ever make.

I'd say about 85% of agents respond to the feedback. The seller gets instant info directly from buyers agent on items such as price, condition etc. Even keeps overall stats for the seller. Nothing more power then the seller hearing the feedback from the direct source - sometimes gets you price reductions or improvements on the house without you even asking.

Makes my job so much easier. Absolute no brainer to have. It solicates the other realtors for their business after they fill out the feedback form and I can't understand why more realtors don't use it. - never had another realtor use it on me for one of their listings. Glad they don't cause it gives me a competitive advantage!

How could you not at least try it for $15 bucks a month!

(probably sounds like a work for their company eh!)

I have used homefeedback for years and was very happy with them. However I started using http://www.accushow.com They do both my showing and get my feedback and I find it much better. They handle both ends

Spam warning... \:\)

http://www.NowOffered.com offers Automated Feedback Tracking AND every property entered also becomes it's own Single Property Website. So for $19.95 per month, you get a complete (unlimited) website for each property AND you get unlimited feedback tracking for each property. You can have 1,000 properties in it, and it's still only $19.95 per month.

You can sign up for the free 10 day trial, see if you like it, add a property, request some feedback to see the HTML email that goes out and see what kind of charts are generated from the feedback... and if you don't like it, you don't have to do anything, your account just expires. (no CC info required during sign up) If you DO like it, you just click the Purchase icon to keep your account from expiring.

End of Spam warning...

Honestly you want to know what the best way to get feedback and Testimonials?

After closing...

Print out a Questionaire on your company letterhead. Include a place for comments and testimonials.

Put it in an envelope with a stamped return envelope and mail it to them.

In my 6 years previously as a Real Estate Marketing Director for a large company and 10 years selling real estate...

This works over 90% of the time.

I know it ain't high techie.. but it really does work. Meld the conventional with the new.

Don't reinvent everything.
