Did anyone else receive the new e-mail from J. Bolton today regarding the NEW reimbursement procedure? I did NOT receive the e-mail from CalREO on 05/21 regarding THIS change. I did get an e-mail regarding HOA and utilities on 05/22 but not one peep regarding having to sign up for FIS.

You?

I'm on the verge of giving my listings back. This is nuts. I have to pay to get my money and lose money in the process? I have to pay all late fees from an HOA from date of foreclosure, even if it wasn't my listing yet? I haven't gotten a price reduction on one of my properties even though I have asked. 3 BIDS, they're nuts. It's not like they do the work (CRM I think would but Litton will not). I'm just about done.

I might calm down if I had received notice of the change but I didn't.

Funny, I got the other email, but not the one from J today. I have nothing active with them now.

Is it the new system with that $50 fee for sign up system ( is it FIS ), $5 per invoice job. What a freeking CROCK! I have $8 utility bills that are hardly worth getting reimbursed rfor anyway. Now I get back 3. It's not worth it and it's not worth giving them the cash flow. Aurora uses it and I resist any utilities/expenses for this reason. ARGGHH. CanDo, you got me revved up. I can only imagine how you feel.

Pretty soon they are going to make us pay someone else to put our signs in the yard.

Without the agents nothing gets sold.

I'm not directly "blaming" CRM, but I intensely dislike Litton at the moment. Why should I have to pay the "late" fees to the HOA if I'm not given the TD when I get the assignment? Why do I have to "eat" $50 on each and every pest inspection? Why do I have to have 3 bids when they aren't going to do the work? I'm not in a urban area, I'm lucky to get 2 bids.

I could never tell if J Bolton was a guy or a girl until recently.

I agree. I stopped working with them some time ago just because of their attitude. Every email I ever received from them included some kind of threat. Getting bids is a problem if they don't do the work. My contractors don't have time to run around giving free bids an never get the job.

Okay, I am already in a pissy mood but my agitation is growing by leaps and bounds with both the invoice servicing company and now with CRM!!!!

I bit the bullet, plunked down my $50 and registered. In order to register you need a company code, so I guessed and thought it was CALR, it says in the email to make sure you use the tax id number that you've given to CRM. I did all that and went through the 3 modules as well.

Now I cannot log in, I've asked for the Company Code as well as my payor code from CRM and what do I get?????????????? I get another copy of the email which does NOT contain that information.

I'm done, I'm really done. I want my money back. This is beyond STUPID.

I can feel you pain......went through the same exact scenario last month......couldn't get logged in.....wound up hiring a friend who does this stuff for a living.....it took her over 24 hours to gain access.......and, the bottom line, because of the lack of access, it cost me over $300 on bills they refused to pay for......said I was too late to input.......I said......."couldn't input due to lack of access from your end"...that fell on deaf ears......not one of my favorites, for sure......

There is no code to get from CRM. I thought the same thing.
Once you log on, there is a drop down menu of service providers. You chose CRM. BUT......they have to put it in the New Invoice system FIRST. I waited 5 days and finally emailed Darlene and she then activated me. The system seems cool but it sucks you have to pay to get reimbursed.

They need to send me the listings already. I used to get a lot and I haven't had one since December.

How did I miss this rant? It is like deja vu all over again. I had the exact same problems that you are going through. Even missed out on a CFK bonus because I was "too late with the invoice."

My vendors are screaming for money and I have thousands yet to be reimbursed. Has anyone gotten any $$$ out of this system yet? The only invoice that's been processed so far is the bill for submitting all of my invoices. Ain't that typical.
