I agree. I stopped working with them some time ago just because of their attitude. Every email I ever received from them included some kind of threat. Getting bids is a problem if they don't do the work. My contractors don't have time to run around giving free bids an never get the job. I had one listing with them... the attitudes were unbelievable! I decided it wasn't worth the commission. I could sell 3 houses in the time it takes me to service just one of their damn REOs. It might be worth it, if they at least had decent attitudes. I realized if I was going to do business with them, I'd be hating my job every day! I guess I'm spoiled because other clients I work with have TERRIFIC attitudes. In a business as tough as this, that goes a long way for me! I could rant and rant, just thinking about my "one" listing I had with them last year. Glad I dumped em after reading all this stuff! Oh, I still got the emails about their new invoicing system even though I don't work with them anymore... hmmmmm!

What really sucks with them, is that they keep giving "free" seminars in distant locations but they aren't so free when you figure air-fare/travel costs. They "claim" that they will assign listings to the agents that come to their seminars on a need-be basis. But the reality is... they have ALOT of agents already on their wait list that have never gotten listings and have attended their seminars. Why continue to add agents when the ones that have been waiting for a long time never get assignments? After you take the time to go to the seminar, they will tell you that your territory is already saturated with agents on a long wait list... WTF???
Oh, and one of Phil's favorite topics while on stage, is "how often he fires agents". And if he really does like you, don't ever use them as a reference, because he proudly claims that he won't give a good reference because he doesn't want his good agents to get to busy with other clients! Gee, nice way to treat your good agents Phil! Good luck to those of you who really want to be in with CRM, NOT ME! Too bad they don't have the same ethics and attitude as their sister company that does the BPOS. They are great to work with.
I hate to rant about a company on a public forum, but CANDO got my blood flowing again with this topic. By the way CANDO, why did they re-assign one of your listings? Just curious.

this new reimbursement process is irking me, if calreo owes me $20 for paying utilities for one property, I should get reimbursed for $20, not freaking $15!. not to mention the $50.00 to get signed in!. Old system works fine! somebody is obviously making a lot of money hooking up with this billing company at our expense! Everybody has to make money off us agents.

Has anyone been reimbursed through the new "wonder system" yet? As in "I wonder if I'll ever get paid". The only invoice that has been processed in a month is the $50 sign up fee and about $65 for invoicing. Doesn't it just figure, you don't get paid in months when they use to take about 2 weeks but they make sure to nail you for the "convenience fee".

The last person in line always takes it in the end. (hence the name end user) It takes a lot of experience to figure out how not to be the end user.

Miracle of Miracles I finally got a reimbursement. It was 11 days to process and then the check was supposedly cut on 06/30 but I didn't receive it until 07/20. Accounting says it takes 1 to 2 weeks from the time the check is requested until the check arrives. If the two weeks holds true, I should, theoretically, receive another batch of checks this Thursday or Friday. They are not doing direct deposit as originally planned.

I received my reimbursements. It took about 3-4 weeks from when I submitted them.

Well, my optimism has dropped. I have a whole batch of checks that show cut over 2 weeks ago. My wife use to be in accounts payable for another non-re company and can't believe the excuses and outright lies they come up with to avoid paying their bills. I would stay away from this company, they appear to be set on becoming the next OCWEN.
