Cool guy Major Contributor Registered: 06/30/04 Posts: 1541 Loc: California	I want to buy some properties as investments. I've seen down payments from 25 to 35 percent. I was wondering if there's anything at 20 percent.

Unfortunately when you go 80% the adjustments get worse and the loan becomes non-profitable. In other words it is out there but unprofitable so most do not even offer it.
