My MLS also has the contact book built in and I can set up hotsheets to send out any new listings with specific price/bed/bath etc. to my clients daily.

As for contact manager, Top Producer is full of features, but the cost is pretty high ($40/month or so for the basic features). I just got a copy of Act 2006 to try out and should be able to tell you more after I sit down and play with it a bit.

I too have been looking for the perfect software and have not found that perfect solution. Clearly nothing is a perfect fit and it's more about function vs price. I have not used it yet... but Outlook 2007 looks promising. Almost a Outlook meets Act meets MS software concept. It sounds like it will be easier to customize forms to capture the data you need as well as better tools with sharing info with other MS products. If it can import listing info from contacts into flyers that what a great plus! Let me know if you have had a chance to explore the new version!!!

I am currently looking for a software to help manage my contacts and listings. Has anyone used Jade property suite? Some review would help before I make the purchase.
