I was in the middle of inputting and when I hit save, a popup with password and username came up. Now I can't get in. WTH? The user name has the website addy in it. If I try to take that part out, it just puts it back in. lol. Anybody have a work around yet? I just closed one out fine about 20 minutes ago.
I just came on here because Im having the same problem.. It was working fine earlier this morning. Oh well, I guess they need to iron out the kinks.
Same thing is happening to me now. I completed three this morning on the new site, left for a while, then when I got back I can no longer login! I get this error message: This Username was not found in the system.
UGH!
LOL! Me too! At least that weird pop up is gone. That may be progress. :yay:

Make sure your pop-up blocker is disabled for their site. I just lost everything I was entering when it tried to open up. That didn't used to happen.

Just a heads up...

ETA: Aaaaand it's back down. upset

Yeah I'm unable to log in. Does this have to do with the switch they are making. I know they said it was suppose to be yesterday. Hopefully it comes back soon.

go4REO, I've tried that twice and it didn't work for me. I bet you tried during that one opportunity when the site actually came up yesterday.

I sent them an email at around 5CST yesterday, and told them I was experiencing website issues and that I couldn't upload my orders. I gave them the order numbers.

I don't know if it'll do any good, but they should reinstate all of these, considering it's not our fault.

According to an April 14, 2009 e-mail sent out from Countrywide, the old website address is no longer effective at 6:00 PM PST, Friday, April 24, 2009.

"The LandSafe Valuation Services website will change its URL address. The old URL will no longer be in production. To access the new site, you must type the new web address in your internet browser."

The old e-mail address changed too.

Neither site works. It's the new site that came up briefly yesterday, and then went down again.

At least to me it's down. When I type in my log in name, and my password, and hit enter, it clears everything out, which is what it was doing before I they posted the temporary log in site.

I managed to get in, post half of an order, and when I hit save, it went down again. It never came back up.

If it's back up for anybody else, I'd sure like to know how and where y'all are accessing it from. PM me if you're getting in. (SeeSaw, I did get your PM, BTW)

The site is up, but I ALWAYS preview my pics before submitting files. The pics will upload but not preview. I remember about a year ago that happening and CW telling me I had to upload all pics again on submitted files due to an error on their server. So don't delete photos from your hard drive is my suggestion for a while. You don't want to drive back out and reshoot pics!!
