The people behind BAP truly care and that is one of the reasons I continue to refer them to others. Brian and Rich have always been there to help when it was needed. I have been a member for 2 years now and I'm not going anywhere else. You are not just a number with this company. The tools are outstanding and I am constantly amazed at their forward thinking.

I wouldn't say we necessarily built a "better" mousetrap but it is definitely different than anything else out there when you look at it as a whole.
We have members ranking high on just about every search term out there. Obviously we aren't going to give it away and create competition as BAP only accepts one person per market but here is one example for a member I just got off the phone with so it is fresh in my mind and is in a huge, competitive market:
San Diego Short Sales
A BAP site is in the top 3-4 on page 1, maybe higher for this search term. That is pretty great considering that market:)
Again, there is one example, there are hundreds upon hundreds of examples posted in our community and more posted every single day.

Well, this particular search that I posted is no where near a long tail keyword, there are over a million competing sites and a lot of searches going on for it. You can also see all of the people competing for that term with PPC, that is a sign that that is a rem you want:)
Also, we do have tons of members getting results for terms just as you suggested, their market real estate and many others, I was just giving one example, there are thousands of other examples.
Last, SEO, websites, blogging etc. are just part of what is in BAP, it is not what BAP is all about, there are many, many other things that make up a BAP membership.

One other thing about long tail keywords. they can be very powerful. I think where many SEO experts that don't understand our business fall short is they group all long tail keywords together as one.
That just isn't the case because of the local aspect of our business.
A long tail keyword in one market may be one of the top primary keywords in a different market.
To illustrate this example, keeping in mind the search above, try this:
Type in:
Hutchinson Kansas Short Sales
This is one of my own personal markets. You will see that not only do I have the first 4 spots in Google, I have not one, but two all important double listings and am dominating that search for that term.
But, also notice there aren't too many PPC ads for that term and only like 30K competing sites.
So, in my market, this is definitely a long tail keyword, a very powerful one that generates me some great leads and has resulted in several closed transactions. But, in the one above, San Diego, it is much closer to a primary keyword.
So, although the strategy is exactly the same, the power of searches do vary from one market to the next.

Brian, I know there is someone from Louisvill, KY that has your program. Does he have Lexington, KY as well? I'm interested in you program. I need something that can allow me to do multiple sites and that allows for blogging the is embedded in the site. I saw were the gentleman from Louisville has several sites and he just posted a market update on each site specific to that site. I think that is great. How can I get a sales pitch on everything to see if it fully meets my needs? Also, if I already have a website up and running, should I keep that. How hard is it to switch the domain name over? I currently have Ihouse. Thanks,

I would hae to agree. First try out the gold account, its free, then upgrade once you have a look at everything it has to offer. No contract, try it out for a month. If you like lead capture pages and drip e-mail, blogs and the list goes on, not to mention the library it has.
good luck,

Just FYI for everyone, we have also added a great feature to BAP which is over 1,000 executive book summaries. I know it doesn't really have anything to do with all the technology, etc. but it rocks!
I was flying home from San Diego a few weeks ago and saw an ad for 8 page business book summaries. Since I have at least 5 books going at any one time, i thought this would be perfect for me. i signed up, it was like $200 per year and I was absolutely hooked when i received the first few summaries!
They come in many formats including text, mp3, powerpoint, mindmap, html, etc. so you can get the summaries delivered in whichever learning modality fits you best.
Anyway, I was so impressed, I called the company and made an offer for an enterprise version of their service where all BAP members could get the membership for free and they accepted the offer! So, this is another addition to BAP as of yesterday and our members are loving it!

Hi Everyone. I don't spend too much time posting anywhere but I did a google search and found this thread. I am with BAP going on 3 years. It's changed a lot since I joined. I was #1 for Cedar Rapids Real Estate for a time but I have dropped off this past week so I am hoping its a google quirck or something but I am on top three position for Cedar Rapids Realty which is a common search phrase. For the search term Cedar Rapids homes one of my websites is at position 4 and the other is at position 6. Positon 4 for cedar rapids realtor page 2 for cedar rapids rent to own and page 1 for cedar rapids distressed homes. Not too bad realy. I hope this helps anyone who has questions. This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
