hey all I'm new here, i tried to search the forum but i didn't know what terminology i should be using.

i want to implement a 1 800 number system to provide property info. i have seen this done a lot in the US but rarely in mtl.

i cant find a cost effective solution to setup my own.

(have a phone line connected to a computer and some sort of software that would manage inbound calls and give info to caller while tracking the phone # and so on)

You culd try excalibur...www.excal-com.com this company is located in BC, Canada.

You could try Freedom Voice - Brian Rogers from BAP has this system all set up as does excalibur - it all depends on the money you want to spend.

I have both systems and like them both.
