Anyone have any experience with leasing upto 10 acres of vacant land in Los Angeles county or at least Southern California. The needed land in question would be zoned M1 or M2. I searched on loopnet and found some larger pieces priced around $0.15 to $0.25 /SF per month. Obviously not too many available that size. How complicated are these types of deals?
