Recently I found several websites with interactive flash maps for property listings and also found several companies which provide such flash maps.

From one point of view those flash maps looks very effective and simply cool but from other their cost makes me think twise.

Actually I want to ask if you have any experience in using flash maps for your websites. Or may be you think it is vaste of money.

Google maps are free, and you can modify them to a certain extent to meet your needs. You're correct: Flash is expensive.

Do you mean flash maps for searching, like click the state, or flash maps of the actual location? If it's the kind for searching, I have a great sample I can post that's customizable and totally free that I came across a while back.

I ment map for search and redirection. Could you please give us a link on this great map?

They have built-in addres to long. & latt. converter and shows the Google map. Pretty cool.

Hi,
You can easily integrate Google Maps onto your website for displaying directions, location and even satellite images of the area. My opinion is that a custom flash map + programming is too expensive.
