I know that a Broker can use their license for multiple entities ie. real estate, property management...etc. I just want to know if a Broker can use their license for two different corporations or a corporation and a sole proprietorship? Appreciate any responses and any links to the real estate law. Thanks.

yes, but each business entity has to be legally established and registered with the CA DRE as being linked to that broker's license

I have a broker's license as officer of the corporation and my personal broker's license. YOu don't want to use your personal license as your corporate license incase there is a lawsuit, that is the reason for incorporating.

My licenses expire at different times; however, as long as my personal license is renewed the corporation will be also with 45-hours. Since I have a DBA owned by the corporation, I use the corporate license on everything.

Call the DRE, they are very helpful and will keep you out of trouble.
