if you're good with programming and you have the time to maintain it yourself, it's a great free tool. When I first entered real estate two years ago, I created my site with much ease because of my programming background. I really don't know what the new releases or versions did to improve it, but I found it easier to outsource this listing management software and focus on working with my clients. In recap, it's great if you have the time. also, be prepared to sharpen your .PHP skills.

Works great for me. There isn't much programming to do with the latest version. It is very quick to install and get running.

I've had great luck with open-realty with several clients; especially the newest version. Not too complicated and very customizable.

I have been using it for over 2 years. I've modified it quite a bit to localise it for the UK market and have spent many nights chopping and changing the code but I'm really happy with it.

I know that the latest version has many new features and bug fixes compared to mine.

More importantly the people in the support forum are very helpful.

I would definitely recommend it.

It's a pretty nice app for Realtors in my opinion.
