does anyone on this board use a portable fax machine? I was told they came in handy when writing contracts in the "field"

I didn't see a need to fax on the road since I have fax the internet. I can go to any computer to fax. If I need to scan, I fax it to myself first, then forward via email.

Some inspectors use it in town and it's great. They print the reports out on the spot for the buyer and then follow up with an email.
