Need recommendations for stand alone CMA software

I need a recommendation for a good Comparative Market Analysis program.
I don't want to use one that's a part of another program like Top Producer. I want a stand alone product.
Anyone here use such a program and care to share details?
The only ones I've found are in a price range of $200 & greater. Not what I want to spend.
I really appreciate any recommendations.

Are you looking for one that integrates with your MLS to automatically populate the fields in your CMA?
One we use is the MultiForm versions of both FNMA and FHLMC. In an hour or less we can pump out a very detail BPO, better than a CMA of top producer with pics into an industry standard form. It does not however populate fields automatically from any MLS database.
Its manual input with macros and pull down features.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however.
