Try writing Brian from here and ask your question. I'm sure he'll be along soon to answer your question. It took them a few days to get mine all set up also. And you had the 4th of July to work around also. I hope they get it set up for you. They should be able to look at the system and detirmine who signed up first for your market.

so what is it that makes there sites top in the search engine, is it the blogs and news letter that they have that talks a bout real estate that makes the best wording come out naturally. I really don like the pages, not sleek, But I see so many people talking about this web blog etc. This is all new to me and it looks like I have a lot to learn in this new era

BAP owns multiple high page ranking sites. www.freerealestateadvice.com is considered an authority site and is owned by BAP. Major backlinking thru these sites. It doesn't matter how a site looks......it matters if it pulls. Beautiful sites dont necessarily mean better. If you absolutely have to have a site look a certain way, BAP can do just about anything. Yes. Busy Agent Pro works. *Please note that the author is in a management position with BAP and not a customer.

Just an update on the search I posted as an example above:
san diego short sale or sand diego short sales
Not only has the BAP site remained strong in the results it has even moved up after an entire year as well as being #1 now on the local listings for that same term. It is very hard to keep a site on the top of a search engine like that if it is a blog, although it can happen of course. We use our blogs to continuously feed links back to our main sites allowing our main sites to remain strong long term while our individual blog posts rank well short term, it is the best strategy to follow, especially for busy people who do not want to be computer jockeys:)
BAP uses what a hybrid linking system of the Linkwheel and silo linking strategies with our internal linking and our overall search engine strategy. You can look either strategy up online but without doing it exactly right, results are diminished.
We give our members a specific schedule (Called The Battle Plan) to follow daily, weekly, monthly and yearly that tells them exactly what content should be posted where and when leaving nothing to chance. We show the exact way to combine offline with online marketing successfully, because that really is the key to a long term, healthy real estate business.
The merits of BAP can be debated all day long but the bottom line is it works 100% of the time when our members follow the plan we give to them. 99.9% of the time when I hear someone saying negative things about BAP or that it doesn't work they have either never been a member of BAP or they signed up did nothing and decided to blame it on BAP instead of taking responsibility for doing nothing:)
BAP does so much more than websites, drip e-mail, contact management, coaching, blogs, single property sites, syndication including listings, social networks, video, articles and much, much more. I am biased but I can honestly say I have never seen anything out there like BAP in my 15 years in the business without challenge. There are bits and pieces of what BAP does out there but not the whole enchilada:)
As mentioned above, BAP has been closed to new members for the past 14 months but is now re-opening for a short time:)
Hope this clears some things up:)

Since there are so many questions and misconceptions about what BAP actually is and what it actually does, we have scheduled a sneak peak for you to actually get the real deal, direct from the horse's mouth exactly what it is and what it does. BAP has been closed to new members for over 14 months but is re-open for a short time. We have a webinar scheduled for this afternoon, Thurs Sept. 9th at 1:00 PM Central time, you can get the information at http://busyagentpro.com

Brian,
I'm in! I trust the opinion of my "buds" here at AO, so I paid the bucks, and I'm giving your program a whirl. Here's hoping that next time you "open it up," I'll be singing the program's praises and recruiting for you, too!

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
