Ben, I must confess, I was an idiot and clicked on your free BPO link. Your sense of humor is truly warped, and I like it.
In spite of that, I believe you speak the truth about BAP vs P2A.
I've got agents with P2A in my office and I blew past them on Google, Yahoo and MSN with my BAP site.
But what was especially cool, I did it in about 60 days on my main BAP site and about half that time with my foreclosed homes sites.
I can not wait for the IDX solution! To be able to offer a customized search with a form on the bottom of the page that allows the prospect to ask for more info, a systemized search, save the search, etc, will be awesome.
In January there were a couple of agents with Z57 sites in my office with page 1 Google ranks. They were cocky about it too. Now they're on page 3 and I'm on page 1 or the top of page 2. I love it.

Thanks for the P2A comparisons JBN1999. Good to know. I'm on page 2 currently of google for certain key words with my P2A, but I think I might be able to do better with BAP. I have two weeks time invested in P2A. And I could just copy my 7 blogs to that BAP to start off fast I think. I have another site for my company that has fairly good search results, but I might be changing companies and not owning my own company later in the year so I'm starting a seperate "agent" website for me now to get high in the rankings by the time I change companies.

My wife, Kristi, and I have been members of Point2 for over three years. I just got a lead from Point2, two days ago. It was my fifth lead in three years. The basic Point2 was free up until 3 months ago. Now Point2 now charges me $9.95 for the basic. A couple of years ago, I tried the premium version and actually bought an extra neighborhood with Point2 for three months. I dropped the paid version after the quarter but kept the free version.
You might ask why we stayed with Point2 for over three years with only four, now five, leads total. The answer, it was free. The one thing Point2 had going for it besides free was the listing syndication. How many leads have I got from all of the sites: frontdoor, oodle, trulia, vast, zillow etc? I can’t think of any actual sales or even any showings generated from these sites. The reason we actually took the time to post all of our listings was that I put it in my listing presentation. They have a cool graphic that lists their 35+ web sites that are syndicated.
In my listing presentation, I tell my potential sellers that we list all of our listings on over 40 different web sites. Besides being enhanced on Realtor.com and my RE/MAX site (which is free and I get 15-20 leads a week) we have your listings on these sites as well. “The Internet is like a needle in the haystack, the more needles the more likely they will find you.” “Most local Realtors still advertise in the newspaper like they did 20 years ago and since the Internet has over 80% of the buyers searching for homes, doesn’t it make since to spend my marketing dollars on the Internet? They always say yes. When Point2 announced they were going to charge $9.95 for the free site we struggled with keeping it. I started to search for alternatives. All of my current listings were told that they would be on over 40 web sites so we were stuck. We already have virtual tours for all of our listings with Tour Factory that now syndicates to zillow etc plus was easier to move over to craigs list.
I found postlets which could also do it for free and listhub which sucks the listings from the mls, like Realtor.com I had my Broker sign up with listhub, thinking it would save us time from inputting them. I now regret telling my Broker about listhub because now all of the RE/MAX agents will be on 40+ sites. Listhub is not yet compatible with our mls, and hopefully they will not get approved.
In my search for an alternative to Point2, I ran into Busy Agent Pro less than three months ago. We signed up for the Newburgh exclusive territory ($67 Mo). Two weeks into BAP we actually watched the sales webinar for BAP. Prior to watching the webinar we already knew we had stumbled upon something huge.
We dropped Top Producer, which we had for over 5 years, after moving all of our contacts to BAP’s contact manager. We had just signed up for Facebook and LinkedIn when we joined BAP. You can now post to all of the social sites from BAP. We are now on 20+ sites. My post on Xanga for instance, is on page one of Google with one of my keywords.
After participating in their live webinar on BAP we bought a second exclusive market for Evansville ($57 Mo). [b]You can view a live webinar tomorrow Tuesday, May 5, from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM EDT.
This is by far the best investment we have ever made in our real estate career. Since joining BAP we have dropped TopProducer – (BAP has integrated contact manager), HomeFeedback - (we can do our own feedback on BAP), We are going to drop Tour Factory – (BAP is adding cool video capabilities), Point2 – (BAP is adding syndication for listings) and RealEstateChampions 365 Club – (the platinum training content, video, audio and printed material on BAP is superior to anything we have run across). This post is taking way too much of my time, that is why I have not been on agentsonline for awhile, but I have one more point to make. One idea that Point2 came up with was to establish you as an expert in an exclusive neighborhood. With BAP, I have an exclusive city, actually two, and can have unlimited exclusive niche websites. I am going to have niche websites for every subdivision “neighborhood”, single property websites for every listing, and eventually special niche websites for every possible niche I can think of. (I.E. HUD Homes, Condos, First Time Homebuyers, Expired Listings, Stealth FSBO site, Homes with Pools, Foreclosures, Relocation, Luxury Homes, etc.)
I didn’t even mention what else you get by consolidating everything you need into one seamless interface with 1 login. Unlimited Lead Capture Sites, SEO Supercharged Blogging, Video/Audio Streaming with Webcasts and Podcasts , Automated Custom Follow Up Campaigns, Drip Email Marketing Campaigns, Direct Mail Marketing Campaigns , Customized Marketing Plan, Real Estate Web & Business Systems, Mastermind Forums, Coaching, Automated Email, Desktop Printing, Print Follow Up, Posting to 30+ Social Networking Sites & So Much More! On top of that; No Contracts Ever – No Setup Fees Ever – 30 Day Money Back Guarantee.

There are two things to consider here. Busy Agent Pro offers many tools to help you advance your real estate career. But what many people overlook is the education you can gain from a valuable resource like BAP.
Everybody talks about websites, blogs, etc. BAP has that and more. There are newsletters, there are tested promotional materials, there are campaigns, there are marketing systems. Somebody said to try it for 30 days. There is so much there that it would be hard to absorb all of it in 30 days.
If you try it for a few months and find that it is not for you, then you will have invested in a small amount with a huge benefit. When you exit you will no longer have access to the site. But what they can't take away from you is all that you would have learned in those few months. And the private forum will be another learning opportunity as you review recent posts and those from the past.
Plan on blocking out a few days just to review the wealth of information there. You know that not everything there will fit your personality or marketing objectives. But there will be some things there that will. Once you have tried it and seen what it has to offer, I doubt that you will be leaving anytime soon.

Does Busy Agent Pro work? This is an easy question for me to answer. I signed up for the service a few months back, and quickly saw the benefit, and grabbed a total of five exclusive markets.
I am a total novice to blogging and SEO, and had no idea where to begin. Brian and Rich have taken the time to answer all of my questions, personally and repeatedly. Now, after just about two months, all 5 of my exclusive markets keywords are showing up on page 1 of Yahoo or Google, often both!
One of my markets has the top 3 spots! I don't mean its showing up on the top three pages, I mean it is the top three spots of page 1 of Google!
Do you know how powerful that is to show a listing prospect that my area specific websites are at the top of search engine results? Literally, today, an older agent in my office asked me if I would co-list 6 listings, because his sellers wanted a robust internet marketing plan and he had seen my results and wanted me in.
In addition, I got another listing appointment directly off of an expired campaign that was available for free on Busy Agent Pro that I have been working for all of 2 weeks.
I think next I need to tackle FSBOs, Foreclosures, etc...
I won't minimize any additional expenses for people in a tight spot, but I'm constantly amazed at how inexpensive Busy Agent Pro is for what I get.

ANYWAY..... "Does it work?" I just checked my Google placement for my HUD homes website status. My site is about 60 days old, I've made a couple of dozen (at most) BAP blog posts to support it. Of the 10 sites on page 1 of Google for the keyword search terms I have blog posts in postitions 5 & 6. My site is in position 7 on page 1. So yeah, it works!! With no advertising to drive traffic to the sites, I get about 6 leads weekly from the blog posts or the HUD homes website. My record is 56 leads the week of Easter when I had a Craigs List ad running that advertised some of the HUD homes in my area.

I signed up yesterday for this service and am finding my way around it. The thing that I really respect is when a company puts a way to quit the service right on the website. And BAP does. I'm not thinking of stopping the service. I'm thinking of quitting my Point 2 agent account and can't find any such thing and I'm even having a hard time finding a number to call. And I suppose I'll have to argue with them to get them to disable my account.

Don't disable your present account right away if it is bringing some results and being found on the search engines. Most people want some overlap so that the old system can produce some results while you learn your way around the new system.

I only had point 2 agent for about 2 weeks so it isn't a big deal. I have another site the I was going to replace, but I'll keep that going for awhile.

This Google Custom search may do a better job of searching the forums for some keywords than the old forum search does. The results do not include threads from the Asset Managers Forum however. To search that forum you will need to be actually in the Asset Managers Forum and you will need to use the old forum search below.
