Has anyone used Busy Agent Pro? Does it work? On the website it says 1 agent per market but how do you know if your market is taken before you sign up? I'm a little suspicious of lead generation companies. Any help would be appreciated.

Yes it does work. They are miles ahead of many in online lead generation. For what you pay 67.00 a month and everything you get it can't be beat.As far as your market you are reffering to the custom content each month for blogging purposes on FREA. You need to contact and e-mail and they will let you know if your market is taken. They go by county and cities. So if a county is really huge they will break down the market further.

There are so many things you do not see that are coming down the pike with the system. It will take you awhile to get used to everything.

As far as lead generation Brian works with us side by side. They do not SELL us leads of anykind. Busy Agent Pro is more of a melting pot of masterminds exchanging ideas and technology. You can't fully understand what the system is about from a landing page. Brian offers a money back guarantee no questions asked so there is no risk on your part.

Hope this helps..........

I've been with BAP for 4 years now and am very happy with it. Super Realtor is right, they are miles ahead of everyone else. My favorite is the blogging system they have. I started blogging for some keywords and was #6 on google within 2 weeks. Yesterday I got my first lead from a blog and am sending them a list of houses.

If you're into websites they have a really good SEO guy named Rich. He is showing us how to get one way links to our sites from websites with page ranks between 7 and 10.

The websites are very easy to set up. You enter your market area and the site is automatically customized with unique content. I think the sites are over 600 pages out of the box. Add in the SEO from Rich and the blogging system and we are seeing some pretty amazing results.

I recommend it for anyone outside of my market. smile

I did e-mail BAP but I gave him my city not my county (he said my city is open). I'm not very good a blogging but I am trying. I have my own webpage with my company but of course you have to get people there. Well, guess it's worth a try, hubby's getting laid off from his job and I hate to see more money going out, but if it will bring money in... Thanks for the advice, it's appreciated.

I know what it's like to be laid off and tight on money. I started my real estate career in May of 2005 after being laid off from a construction job in December of 2004. In October of 2005 the market crashed in my area. I've never had it easy in real estate and had to work my butt off to get established in a declining market. I don't think I could have done it without Brian's help and I owe a lot of my success to him.

Brian's a good guy and won't steer you wrong. Make sure to post on the forum and introduce yourself. Brian's stuff only works if you actually do it and participate.

I'm not the best blogger in the world, but with his exclusive markets on FREA the content is written for you. It takes 2 minutes a day to post it. As for the BAP blog there are several threads about where to find ideas for content.

Welcome to BAP!

Luckily, with my company, we have a contact management program with auto prospecting and e-newsletters that are mailed to our contacts so the only thing I really need are leads, like everyone else. I like the idea of blog content written for me and the 2 minutes a day to post.

There will come a day when you need to leave that company.Success of your business depends on not getting attatched to any 1 real estate company. Companies that have crappy splits goal is to incubate you especially the new agents so you don't leave for a different company with better plans. That is about their only defense. They tought it as helping you out but really the more involved with them the more it will cost you to move.

With Busy Agent Pro you will have a system where if you leave that company you can just replace a company logo and you are still humming along with your own business.

I agree with Super Realtor - unless you can take that contact management system with you, I wouldn't put much effort into using it.

I'm using my MLS auto-email system right now as a contact management system for the time being. I just can't justify the additional expense of another monthly fee right now.

Actually, I meant I am using my MLS contact management system. I do have my webpage with my company. I don't use my company e-mail, I just use yahoo. My concern was the leads and getting up high on the google list. Decisions Decisions!

If you're concerned about google ranking look at my blog. Google Naples Short Sale Expert. I have 2 of the top 3 spots and I am getting leads from the post.

Don't be so modest Perky. We all know you're big money! Just a few weeks ago you said you didn't need anymore business.

There is no downside to join only upside. If you don't like it after 30 days get your money back. If you do like it and you explode your business that that is a huge upside. As far as mls contact management those pale in comparision to BAP.I have one to with my FMLS but I don't use it. You have a webpage with your company etc.,etc.

The whole point is you have a bunch of piecemail stuff when you could have one place to login and control everything. Blogging, websites, lead capture pages, contact management, drip campaigns, idx, social networking, videos.

The goal is to control everything with one system for a minimal price.

So do you all think Busy Agent Pro is way better then Point 2 Agent? I just started with them and am slowly getting my SEO up the search engines. Would you recommend abandoning Point 2 Agent for Busy Agent Pro. This is the first time I've heard of this company. And the first time I've seen a post where the 3 or 4 responders actually like it.

I don't know much about BAP. Does BAP give you a website with MLS search capability or do you have to pay a separate vendor (maintain a separate site) to get that?

Marc,

I've never had a P2A account so I don't have first hand knowledge. I do know many BAP members who came from P2A and they seem to really like it. I'll see if I can e-mail a few of them and have them come give a comparison.

I can say that BAP SEO is top notch. Rich and his team are really on top of things. None of the questionable link farm stuff. All one way links to your site from legit sources. With the exclusive markets you get 30 pre-written, customized blogs a month for FREA which is a page rank 4. Then you can write as many BAP and FREA blogs as you like all linking to your site. They are indexed quickly and usually pop up on the first few pages of google within a week or two. If you want to PM me I can send you some keywords I'm targeting and you can see for yourself how things are ranking.

Cave Man,

BAP is in the process of releasing IDX for our websites. The final details aren't out, but based on their past history it should be pretty cool. I'll see if Rich or Brian can stop by to comment on the progress.
