USA Real Estate Map is a new way to organize bulky database on the website.

Based on Macromedia Flash Technology the US flash map:

gives the view of states & even counties. A click on the county or state takes you to the chosen webpage.

The map is nice to look at. It is possible to change colors & the general design according to one's liking.

Beautiful, and useful so long as the viewer doesn't block flash images.

I liked the map in flash. Haven't seen such one before. It can really be helpful.
What I liked on their site was also a flash calendar with that cute snow effect:)
Maybe it doesn't have to do a lot with real estate, but it can be useful too. It's just that I liked it way too much:)

I have found one more link to interactive flash maps. These are ready to use templates. The site contains world flash maps as well as the USA flash map.

if you have kids, set them down on the computor with an instance of Flash and a bitmap of your state borders. They'll have a flash map ready to go in no time.

Why do you think so? It seems to me its a huge amount of work to create such a map. Bsides it requires not only knowledge of Flash but ActionScript too.
