Actually we do about 4-5 million faxes monthly. We don't only do faxes. We will be offering Voice over IP next month (cheaper than vonage). We are also partnered up with organizations and companies such as the American Bar Association, American Society of Travel Agents, Ameriquest, and the Chicago Tribune to handle their communications and marketing

I am starting to aggressively employ Proquest Technologies' Provantage system which is a telephone direct response system which captures the caller's telephone number 100% of the time and name and address 70% of the time. I have place printed ads, and door flyers for people to call for a free real estate report. I can follow up and this is a lead.

Hey Ken, how much are you paying per minute through ProQuest?

Openfax is fine for faxing, I've used them. If you need to do Voice Broadcasting, i've used about a dozen different companies (voiceshot, ptotus, etc...). So far I'm still using a company called Message Communications, their price was litterally half of what I've seen elsewhere and they have a LOT of bells and whistles I haven't seen anywhere else. Call recording, reverse lookups..... for the voice calls, I reccomend them. www.messagecommunicaitons.com
