I got approved recently but haven't had any luck yet. Anyone else have any luck?

Has anyone heard anything from these guys lately? I got the email a month ago requesting 3 zip codes. I haven't heard anything from them since then.

A few people I've talked to have said the program has fallen apart. What have you heard?

I have seen few listings in the area already. You can check on BidSelect.

Im closing one this month. I dont mind the 40% referral fee. They are doing at least 40% of the work or more is the way I look at it. I have nothing bad to say about the program, besides I wish I had more listings

We're looking over the application now. There doesn't appear to be anything too out of the ordinary on here, other than the referral fee.

That's what I thought, I guess that's what he meant. Referral fee is 40% which is not bad.

I am in CA. I checked on BidSelect.com and there is only one listing in the entire state right now.

I had 3 roperties with them. Only one qualified, and it closed it in June. I havent heard a peep from them since. It's a shame, because I really like the program.

Terrible system they have! I only receive requests to update my insurance information. Took the class several times and no business yet.

Finally got approved this week, had to remind them. My B of A VP came in today for a get together for the new Team Leader, walked into my office and asked me if I was approved for them yet. When I said yes, he said "good...this is gonna be big 4th quarter".

Has anyone received any assignments from HomeTelos? We jumped through hoops for the insurance agreements, etc. I'm hoping that it was not in vain.....
