We have noticed that more clients and other agents and vendors are asking us to scan and email instead of faxing.
Currently we have a scanning solution with our xerox color 3535 but it is a multi-step process and we are looking to Keep It Simple!
Our title company uses an
HP Color Digital Sender 9100C and it is real easy to use, just load the document press scan and then input the email address from a small keyboard.
That machine is now the HP 9200c Digital Sender
My Question To The Forum is...
Are there better solutions out there? What are you using that works and what are you using that doesn't work?
by the way, I don't think that color is a critical part of the equation so if a B&W solution is less expensiver we are open to that also.
