I am a Realtor and Mortgage Broker in Denver. My main focus is working with investors in the Denver Metro area. Does anybody have or know where I can get a program that is for inputting investor profile information when interviewing an investor. I would like to find something that has all the questions that needs to be asked (name, property types, areas to invest, etc...) to the investor and all I need to do is fill in the blanks.
I would prefer something that is geared more towards investors and not just a standard buyer’s worksheet. If you don’t have a program, but you do have a worksheet to fill out with the same information I would greatly appreciate it if you would share your useful tools.
I am also looking for a program that will scan the MLS (or similar public MLS site) for listings and county records for foreclosures and will analyze those properties and compare those active listings and foreclosures to other like properties that have recently sold with similar characteristics. I assume that this will most likely be something that a computer programmer turned investor/realtor would have developed. If you know of anybody who has a program like this and wouldn’t mind sharing their contact information or pointing me in the right direction, it would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you for all of the positive replies!
