This is unrealistic. Bulk trades are going for 50 to 60 cents on the dollar with mnay buyers. I am not finding bulk deals at 30 to 40 cents on the dollar unless they have serious condition issues.

It sounds like you are looking for cream 130k to 150k and if most of their assets are carpet and paint cleanup which they usually are you are wasting your time trying to get 30 to 40 cents on the dollar.

If you are talking 30 to 40 percent off that is more realistic you just need to talk directly to the lenders and banks.

Bulk REO pools are very rare. Most "tapes" are 100% fraudulent offerings by brokers looking to shop institutional investors.

For those few that do trade, you are right, they are in the 65-70% of current quick-sale bpo.
