I see a lot of posts on this site from Real Estate agents trying to eliminate the massive paper trail and confusion and simplify there lives with Electronic data storing and retrieval.

I develop applications for both Personal Computers and palm Pilots. I am currently in the progress of building an application that will allow you to pull data about a particular house or a list of houses directly into your palm pilot from the PC using active syncronization. This will allow you to type in a contract number, address etc.. and the entire details for a house will be displayed.

This will be very useful for planning your schedules as well. This capability will allow you to plan what listings you will show on a given day, select those listings and import them directly to your pocket pc/palm pilot.

This tool will of course have shceduling tools, and contact storage capabilities.
